This Policy is in place to provide information to clientele regarding our requirements and procedures as they relate to your visit at Divinity Aesthetics. Please read carefully as this outlines possible health risks associated with our services and the procedures we have in place to minimise risk.
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits made are non-refundable. Should you change your mind about a service (outside of the 24hour cancellation policy) your deposit can be added to your file as credit.
You need to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before rescheduling an appointment. If 24 hours’ notice has not been given, your deposit will be charged as a missed appointment fee. You will then be required to pay another deposit to rebook. If no deposit was taken at the time of booking, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee to the credit card on file.
If you are more than 15+ minutes late to your appointment, we unfortunately won’t be able to see you. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to reschedule.
If you believe you are going to be late, please phone ahead and we will endeavour to make sure we can still see you for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you. This is to ensure a timely service for all clients.
If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of your start time we will assume this as a ‘no-show’ and it will be treated as such. Please refer to our no-show policy.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice or cancel without adequate notice (within 24 hours of the appointment), a 50% fee of the total service cost will apply. This fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointments.
Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and insufficient notice prevents us from offering that time to other clients. In addition, single-use supplies are prepared in advance for your service and cannot be reused once opened.
We appreciate your understanding—just as in any profession, time and preparation are valuable, and missed appointments directly impact our ability to operate efficiently.
